H-Blocksigma® is the first insulating construction panel with variable - adapted to the needs of the building - mechanical strength, required in the construction of inter-story ceilings, flat roofs and roofs.
The panel, 0.3 to 1.25 m wide, has two embedded webs made of "sigma" cold-bent steel profile. The space between the webs is filled with PUR foam, and the web ("sigma" profile) is embedded in PUR foam. The spacing of the webs, the plate thickness and the thickness of the sigma profile sheet determine the span of the elements without the need to support them.
The H-Blocksigma® panels are joined with the LHB connector filled with polyurethane foam. Thanks to this, the thermal bridge effect is reduced, creating a well-insulated, uniform surface of the ceiling or roof.
Thanks to the increased load-bearing parameters of the H-Blocksigma® panel, it is possible to eliminate traditional structural elements (roof truss, ceiling beams).
