Products on order

We strive to meet the requirements and expectations of our Clients.

We create unconventional and unique solutions.

Thanks to our individual approach to each project, products which are unique and unheard of anywhere else are created

These are just some examples:

Construction and shielding panels for the garage

Especially for the needs of a garage for one of the projects, we have produced the first structural sandwich panels with a sheet lining on one side and OSB lining on the other side.

The garage was supposed to be:
-> washable on the walls
-> without visible structure
-> with a very good insulation

We have added wooden beams, poured with polyurethane and have received a construction and protective element with a built-in post supporting the roof rafter framing. The wall structure has become invisible in this way.

Construction and shielding panels for the roof

Especially for the needs of a large span roof for one of the projects, we have produced the first structural roof sandwich panels with a sheet lining on one side and OSB lining on the other.

The roof was supposed to be:

-> without any support
-> tight
-> without visible structure
-> with a very good insulation

We added wooden beams, poured with polyurethane and received a construction and shielding element with a built-in roof support structure. The “roof rafter framing” has become invisible in this way.

Panels for a mobile house

Especially for the needs of a mobile home project for one of our clients – we have produced sandwich panels with a sheet lining on one side and plywood on the other side, with a hidden “cam-lock” connection.

The mobile home was supposed to be:
-> washable on external walls.
-> in wooden aesthetics from the inside.
-> with a very good insulation
-> with the possibility of multiple assembly and disassembly.

The panel designed and made by us was equipped with “cam-lock” locks in the walls and the roof. Such locks allow, with the help of a key, to open and close a hook-and-cam connection and to repeatedly connect and disconnect both wall and roof panels.

Panels with MgO (magnesium) lining for a house on water

For the needs of one of the customers constructing a floating hotel apartment building we have produced panels with MgO/MgO, MgO/OSB and steel/MgO linings.

The apartment building was supposed to be:
-> made of waterproof linings –
 MgO
-> finished on the roof with a steel sheet outside and MgO from the inside.
-> with a very good insulation

Panels for the roof of a restaurant with increased fire resistance

For the needs of one of our Clients, we have manufactured roof panels with a double-sided sheet lining and a GK panel and a plywood combined with a lower lining.

The roof was supposed to be:
-> tight
-> with increased fire resistance
-> in the aesthetics of wood correlating with the timber truss timber
-> with very good insulation

The standard panel “has been glued” with a plasterboard plate in order to obtain fire resistance and then we have additionally glued the plywood. In this way the customer did not have to finish the roof from the inside.

Anti-frost shields

For Customer needs from the steel industry, we have designed and made insulation of steel structure passages through the roof of the existing hall.

The thermal shield of the passages was supposed to be:
-> aesthetic
-> tight
-> with a very good insulation

In specially made moulds, we poured with polyurethane the supporting elements of the steel structure, eliminating the thermal bridge – and as a result – eliminating the loss of heat from the hall and the risk of water instilling during the condensation process.

Facade and structural panels

For the needs of the construction of a mobile house with a “highlander” facade, we made a panel with lining of façade boards and plywood.

The mobile house was supposed to be:
-> without a visible structure
->with elevation formwork without substructure
-> with a very good insulation

We have made a specially insulated “façade mould” so that the injected polyurethane does not flow between the tongue and groove connections of the façade boards.
